Network Whitelisting

If you use the Expiry Traker app in a corporate environment (such as supermarkets, offices, pharmacies, or factories), the company's Wi-Fi network may have firewalls or blocks that prevent the app from synchronizing data with the server.

In these cases, it is necessary to request the network administrator or IT team of your company to whitelist the addresses that the application uses to function correctly.

Symptoms of Network Blocking
  • The app displays constant connection errors even with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  • Products registered on the phone do not appear on the web version (Validades.com Web) and vice-versa.
  • Errors on the login screen stating that the server is inaccessible.

Complete Network Settings​

To ensure complete and stable operation of the Expiry Traker, Validades.com, Expiry Traker for Teams apps and platforms, and related services, certain domains and services must be whitelisted in network configurations, firewalls, and corporate filters.

✅ Important: Whitelisting must also include all subdomains (example: api.controledevalidades.com, cdn.validades.com, app.douglasndm.dev, etc.).
